Terri resides in Barrie, Ontario where she is kept busy by her family and career at a social research consultancy. She and Julia were inseparable throughout their childhood and were lucky enough to have been able to work together for a couple of years after graduating from university. Their love of animals, the environment, and all things silly made for an endearing friendship.
Terri is honoured to sit on the board alongside Julia’s parents and closest friends and hopes that the hodgepodge of skills she has picked up over the years will help keep Julia’s spirit alive via the generosity of the Foundation.
-
Julia brought much joy and intellect into Erin’s life, for which Erin will be forever grateful. Erin is honoured to be a part of this Foundation and to help direct attention and resources toward organizations and activities that continue to keep our world the delightful place that Julia knew it to be.
-
Marilyn is already helping with many different projects, including writing the newsletter.

I am incredibly proud of all her accomplishments and I am so pleased that we have been able to establish this Foundation in her name.
-
I want to ensure that the memory of my girl is kept fresh and what better way to promote her favourite charities.
-
She first met Julia when they worked together at 'the wildlife' and became fast friends as they bonded over rescue dogs, vegan cupcakes and jewellery with birds on it.
She is responsible for all things online as the reluctant website manager. Julia meant so much to us, Nora is happy to make sure Julia's legacy of caring and generosity lives on.

With shared concerns for the public interest, the natural environment, travel, and climate change Mike was eager to support the Julia Foundation from the outset. He feels honoured to take on a more supportive role as a Board member.
